Swahili Kid, D Voice's first-ever project under the WCB Wasafi label, comprises 10 tracks crafted to introduce his distinctive sound to his audience. Within the album, the young artist, previously spotlighted in Notjustok's 2022 list of Tanzania's best upcoming artists, explores the realms of Baibuda, Bongo Flava, and Amapiano—now a thriving genre in Tanzania. The album features collaborations from WCB princess Zuchu, Mbosso and Diamond Platnumz whom he collaborated with in the Singeli masterpiece titled Kama Wengine.
